![Track your foods using the Negative Number: Its game changer
This will apply to any container you use.
Let’s begin 👇
- [x] Take your food scale and zero it out.
- [x] Then add your container of food. (Oil, Peanut butter, cooking pray, mayonnaise, dressing, etc..))
- [x] Tare out the scale again while the container is on there.
- [x] Take a spoon and take whatever you’re wanting to use.
- [x]
- [x] Now, you will see a negative number. That negative number is what you track in your food log. For example, -19 g peanut butter is exactly 19 g of peanut butter that you will track!
Now you can lick the remaining peanut butter off the spoon without eating additional calories.

Our founder, Steven, a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer, is on a mission to empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals without gimmicks.
"My journey through health and wellness has not been easy. I used to be overweight and changed my life after losing 80 pounds. As a Dietitian, now I'm helping my clients do the same. I specialize in fat loss, building muscle, sports performance, and improving or reversing metabolic diseases like diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.. And to do that, You don't have to cut out your favorite foods. You don't need to obsess over endless cardio. You don't have to spend hours in the gym. Fitness should add to your life. Our mission is to help you become the healthiest, strongest version of yourself - inside and out"
